BeeSafe was awarded a $1,000 non-dilutive microgrant at Aurrin Ventures’ Create & Connect: AgTech Night.
The event brought together founders, innovators, and members of Alberta’s growing AgTech community for an evening of networking and rapid-fire pitching. BeeSafe Biotech CEO and co-founder Jenna Letain took to the stage with just three minutes, no slides, and plenty of talk about bees to share how BeeSafe is woking to make disease detection more accessible for beekeepers.
The microgrant will support BeeSafe as we continue to develop accessible, field-deployable diagnostics designed to help beekeepres detect honey bee diseases quickly and make more informed decisions about colony health.
